Review of Insula PortusDuring our recent family vacation at Insula Portus, we enjoyed a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that catered well to our needs. Upon arrival, the thoughtful gesture of a large cup of tea and freshly made cookies was a delightful surprise, providing a touch of warmth after our journey. Our spacious room was pristine and featured a lovely verandah where we could unwind. The bathroom boasted a pleasing color scheme that made it feel inviting. Breakfast offered a substantial variety, from croissants to fresh fruit, ensuring everyone in the family found something they liked. As a father keen on cherishing family moments, the opportunity for leisurely meals was especially appreciated. The owner of the hotel was highly accommodating, assisting us with local taxi arrangements to save costs while providing insights into nearby dining options. This personal touch, along with English language assistance, made our stay feel more comfortable. Families with young children, particularly those with kids under three, will find Insula Portus a wonderful choice. Its proximity to the airport and responsive staff truly made for a gratifying family getaway.
